Then check out the Dublin Halloween Festival and Parade.
The Parade starts from Civic Offices at 7pm, ending in Smithfield for a wonderfully scary pageant of light, sound and spectacular costumes.
The event will run from 7.00pm – 8.30pm approx.

Learning how to research

During the month of October there are information literacy sessions going on in the library- showing students how to research their assignments and how to avoid plagiarism.

October Bank Holdiay

The Library will be closed on
Saturday 25th October and Monday 27th October 2008.
Normal Library hours will resume on Tuesday 28th October 2008.

Change in Library Borrowing Entitlements


From Friday 17th October 2008 as part of a pilot scheme borrowing entitlements have been increased for all Undergraduates / Postgraduates and Staff. For further information please enquire at Library Desk. This pilot scheme will run until Monday January 19th 2008.

Trick or Treat!! Its Halloween


Celebrate Halloween in style in Tallaght! On Sunday 26th October and Monday 27th October there will be free face painting and entertainment, spooky treasure hunts and parades and even a Hallowfest Fireworks display hosted in our own Institute grounds.
